REFUND POLICY

  1. SKINCARE PRODUCTS

Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes skincare products cannot be refunded.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email phantombeauty.au@gmail.com and a store or service credit may be arranged if we deem necessary reasoning. We are not obligated to refund or exchange skincare products.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within Australia.

Standard shipping: $12 3-10 Business days
Express shipping: $15 1-3 Business days

Phantom Beauty are not held responsible for packages that are lost once handed over to Australia Post.
